Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "winbox02" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at winbox02.net, including all associated services, products, and features.
• "Platform" means the winbox02 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated technology through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on winbox02.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on winbox02 and is authorised to use the Platform.
• "Balance" means the monetary value held in a Player's winbox02 Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by winbox02 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn from a winbox02 Account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on winbox02, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with winbox02's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the winbox02 Platform. Continued use of winbox02 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the winbox02 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. winbox02 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register an Account, access the Platform, or participate in any gaming activity.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of winbox02 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or restriction issued by winbox02 or any other gaming platform or regulatory body.
4. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

winbox02 reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any time. Where winbox02 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, winbox02 may suspend the Account, withhold all funds pending verification, and permanently close the Account if the age restriction is confirmed to have been breached. In such circumstances, all winnings shall be void and any deposits may be returned at winbox02's sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

To access gaming services on winbox02, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• You may register only one Account on winbox02. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update it promptly if any details change.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. winbox02 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify winbox02 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security.
• winbox02 may require Players to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identity card, passport, or proof of address — prior to processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate by winbox02.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on winbox02 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are processed via the payment methods available on the Platform, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. winbox02 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the relevant pages of the winbox02 Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• winbox02 processes withdrawal requests to verified payment methods only. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under the Player's verified identity.
• winbox02 may impose a withdrawal processing period and reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing funds, particularly where unusual account activity is detected.
• Players are responsible for any bank fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion costs imposed by their financial institution or payment provider in connection with transactions on winbox02.
• winbox02 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, where applicable, will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

winbox02 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all winbox02 promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms published alongside the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. Those specific terms supplement and, where there is conflict, supersede these general bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the Bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• winbox02 reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or close any Account, where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, or any form of collusion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• winbox02 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any Bonus already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.

7. Gaming Rules & Conduct

All gaming activity on winbox02 is subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or product as displayed on the Platform. In addition, the following general conduct rules apply to all Players:

• Players must not engage in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage on winbox02.
• Players must not use any automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or software that interferes with the normal operation of the winbox02 Platform.
• In the event of a system error, game malfunction, or technical failure that affects game outcomes, winbox02 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stake amounts. winbox02 shall not be liable for any losses arising from system errors or technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• All winbox02 game results are final and binding once settled, subject to the right of winbox02 to void bets in the circumstances described in these Terms.
• The winbox02 Sportsbook reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts, restrict market access, or void bets where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns or match-fixing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the winbox02 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of winbox02 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winbox02 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from winbox02 without prior written authorisation.

9. Suspension & Termination

winbox02 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where winbox02 determines or reasonably suspects that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• A Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with their use of winbox02.
• A Player is under the age of 21.
• A Player is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the winbox02 Platform or other Players.

Players may voluntarily close their winbox02 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance — net of outstanding Bonus wagering requirements and pending verification checks — will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbox02's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winbox02 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

winbox02 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. winbox02 provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their winbox02 Account at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: winbox02 provides in-session notifications to remind Players of time and money spent.

winbox02 strongly encourages any Player who believes their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and to seek assistance from relevant support organisations. 12. Privacy & Data

winbox02 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using winbox02, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winbox02 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and winbox02 cannot guarantee absolute data security. 13. Amendments to These Terms

winbox02 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, winbox02 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account.

Continued use of winbox02 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept any amendment may close their Account in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. winbox02 operates under the jurisdiction in which it is incorporated, and Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from their use of the Platform.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact winbox02 customer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. winbox02 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution process as applicable under the Platform's licensing framework.
